Happy New Year! Well, I think we've gotten most of the kinks out of the new website, but I'd appreciate it if you could let us know if come across a page that is behaving a bit oddly.
WorkingArtist is...
a product set designed to help artists manage the business side of their art. The current version of WorkingArtist, WA3, operates on the Windows family of operating systems, or on Mac systems with the addition of 3rd party software. The upcoming new release, WorkingArtist4 (WA4) will operate on Windows or Mac systems. This new version of WorkingArtist is also available as a web-based application, needing as little as a web browser to be used.
WorkingArtist is Designed for...
artists or artisans who create one-of-kind artwork or crafts, including limited edition works such as prints, sculpture, or photography. Coming in WorkingArtist4 is the ability to support artists and crafters who create works meant to be sold in higher volumes without the need to track each individual piece.
Even if you are not actively promoting or selling your work, WorkingArtist is a basic too for keeping track of your artwork.
WorkingArtist Main Functions
Beyond the basic functions of adding artwork, patrons, and other information to your WorkingArtist database, you can also.....
*Enter and track show entries in the Show Entries forms
*Create mailing lists in the Mail Lists forms
*Create and track price lists in the Price LIsts forms
*Create invoices, payment schedules, and statements in the Invoices forms
*Create and track registry submissions in the Registry forms
*Create and track project submissions in the Projects forms
*Write Letters and documents in the Letters/Docs form
*Display and print important dates in the Calendar funtion
*Additionally you can create Labels, Price Grids, and a Bio, and keep a Notebook, Phone Book, and a Reminder list.
