-- Alphanumeric work number is allowed.

-- Linking to images in both the Artwork forms and the Letterhead form is through a different kind of image frame, doing away with the OLE (object linking and embedding frame) . This might make your images display differently than they were before. The default for this "mode" is zoom, so that whatever size your image is, it will fit into the frame. You can link most any kind of image type.

-- There are three user-defined fields in the artwork table so you can track descriptive items of your choice.
-- There are additional fields in the artwork table including Place and Series.
-- You can view artwork in a datasheet style form, displaying either artwork only or all editions.
-- There are additional fields in the Patrons table for marketing purposes, including Group, Origin, Source, Entry Date.
-- You can create lists of interests and identifiers (types) for each patron and filter by specific ones in the advanced filter.
-- You can associate a specific location with a particular patron so that you can easily view all artwork at a particular location in the Patrons form.
-- You can add multiple addresses and phone numbers in the Patrons function.
-- You can specify which contacts to include on mail lists, newsletter lists, or email letter lists.
