Is there a way to print a data sheet by month. I would like to keep monthly records of new art work. I can only find a filter by year then I have to sort through it.

Also is there a way to list by number in order?

Yes, you can create a data sheet by month. Here is how to do it:

1. On the Artwork View form, click on the Filter tab.
2. Click on the Create Advanced Filter button.
3. On the first line, select Year from the Field drop-down box (= YYYY).
4. On the second line, select AND MO from the Field drop-down box (= MM).
5. Click on the Get Parameters button.
6. Click on the Save button and give you Filter a name (2006 Jan) for example.
7. Click on the Reports button.
8. Select the Artwork Datasheet Report
9. Select the From Artwork Form Filter in the Filter Report box.
10. Select the fields you want to include in the datasheet.
11. Click on the Preview Button.
12. In the Datasheet, you can click on a column and then click on the A-Z or Z-A button on the toolbar to sort by that field.
13. You can move the columns by dragging them to the position that you want.
