A Working Artist user recently sent us a question about usage of the AddressName Field when setting up new Patrons. We thought we'd share the answer with all of our users.

Please read the section on "Creating New Patron Records" on Page 67.

For your particular entry, the PatronName and the AddressName would be the same, since ArtNews is company name. We recommend that you enter the contact name in the Contact field.
