A Working Artist recently posed the following question to us.....

How do I do a report the gives me total retail value at a specific location I.E. value of art work on display in an exhibit for insurance purposes.

And here is the response to that question....

If you have created a Show Entry for the exhibit that is housing your artwork, you can go to "Show Entries" on the Main Switchboard, and then select Reports. From Reports, you can run the "Show Gallery Memo Entries" report, which will give you a list of the items you have included in that show, and their retail prices, along with a total.
