Happy 4th of everyone,
I am a new old user of the software, I have had a demo version for a little while, have not used it much, really did not know how to use it properly. Now I have purchased the actual version. I am having a bit of a problem. I thought trying to call someone, the #'s I had from the ordering process is not correct. Can you help me use this software effectively. I did call a couple of artist and they said it was wonderful, I want to know that also.Any suggestions, advice, comments would be welcomed. I am an artist as well. I am a jewelry designer that manufactures several lines of jewelry.
Thank you in advance for your prompt response.

Hi Joyce,

Welcome to WorkingArtist! My name is Ron Gafron and I'm the chief cook and bottle washer for all things WorkingArtist.

Regards getting support, we offer a number of ways to get support, free of charge to you. There is, of course, the WorkingArtist User Guide, which contains a wealth of information on using the program. Also, we have our Knowledgebase, which contains a number of articles on particular items of interest. As you now know, we have the User Forum, where you can post questions about WorkingArtist. We're working on ways to increase visibility of the Forum to make it a more vibrant user area. You can also use our online Tech Support system to contact us directly about unique issues which you might be having. And lastly, you can contact us via email using one of the addresses listed on the website.

We discontinued phone support some time ago, although some remnants of that information remain in the program, which we are in the process of cleaning up. We found phone support to be a haphazard process due to the need for both parties to be available at the same time, and the need to provide answers "on the fly". With our other support tools, we can contact each other at times that don't require us to available at the same time, and gives us the opportunity to research an issue more thoroughly before responding. We find that it works quite well, and we hope that you will, too.

Thanks so much for becoming a user of WorkingArtist, and have a good day.

Ron Gafron
