I have been with some galleries for some time now, when I need reports , like a list of the work I just sent with prices, it is often 5-6 pages long and includes ALL WORK ever sent or returned, is there any way to limit the information in the reports? to perhaps the date work is sent etc. or am I supposed to create a new consingment each time I send work...which is silly

some of these reports have only the consignment number at the header, not the name of the actual gallery, which would look much better.

If you are creating a new consignment for each shipment, then you can run the "Consignment Memo" report, which will contain consignments for just that shipment. If you are adding on to an existing consignment, then unfortunately the reports currently available in that part of the system don't currently have the type of filtering available in other parts of WorkingArtist. I am currently working on the next full release of WorkingArtist, and would be interested in hearing what thoughts you might have on what additional functionality you might like to see on consignments.
