Hi Jennifer,
For now, you could list your prices as unframed and put a "Note" on your price list that stated something to the effect that prices are unframed and that a standard frame will be an additional % and a deluxe frame will be an additional %.
Another option would be to export the report to MS Word and add two additional tabbed columns for your two framed prices. Just Preview the report, then click on the MS Word icon to export the report to Word.
We are working on an option for WorkingArtist 3.0 that will allow you to add an Add-On cost to the artwork price. This will be a separate field (actually two, one for wholesale and one for retail), but for the purposes of a prices list the Add-On prices will be added into the whl/ret price to give you a total whl/total retail price. Because editions may be framed differently, the Add-on fields will be in the Edition record, so that you can "frame" editions differently.
Additionally, there will be a field to specify a specific frame (or stand) from your supplies list and a field to specify whether the artwork is framed or unframe, with stand or without stand, etc.
Also, the Alt Size field is being moved to the Editions record so that you can select to show custom sizes (with frames) in your artwork line.
You would still use your price grid for base pricing and then use the Add-On field in the Artwork/Editions form for a frame, stand, etc.
There will be a price list report that will give framed and unframed pricing. However, since this only will give you two prices, rather than three, as you are using (unframed, standard frame, deluxe frame), I might consider creating a way to convert a price list to a list that would allow three pricing columns based on using add-on percentages and rounding. I'll give that some thought, but it might not make it into the 3.0 beta release. At this point I'm not going to add additional fields to the artwork record for another layer of pricing add-ons. The processing just becomes too complicated and and the interface too confusing.
We are nearing the point where we will release a beta version of WA 3.0 for beta testing. This will only be available to current customers and to those who feel they can deal with possible problems or error messages and report back to us. Let me know if you are interested.
Hope this helps!
Kathryn
