Price List Numbering

Hi all,
I just moved into a new house with gallery and studio. I want to have a price list for paintings displayed in my own living quarters. (I want to have just a small number displayed on the painting ie 1 to 30, with a price list in a separate holder on a table ) In the gallery/studio, I have a label with title/medium/price etc on each painting which isn't nearly so discreet.

I can't seem to number my price list (ie1-30) the way I would like to. Painting lists in WA are either listed as 0 or as the number in my inventory (ie 304)? How do I change this?

Hi Shirley,

You have four options for printing your price list:
1. Print by Title with numbers 1...30
2. Print by Work Num
3. Print by Seq Num
4. Print by Title without number.

You'll find the combo box called Printed Sort Order with these options on the Reports form in Price Lists.

The Seq Num allows you to number your work in any order you want, but you need to manually type in the numbers into the Seq column. If you are getting all zeros, then you need to type in your numbers for this option for the selected artwork.

If your price list is a Custom Price List, you can edit the Seq column on the Edit Price List Sent form.

If your price list is a Standard Price List, edit the Seq column on the Edit Standard Price List form.

Also when I looked up your customer record, it looks as though you have not gotten an update for your version of WorkingArtist 3.0. I would recommend that you download the latest update from our website at [www.WorkingArtist.com]. Updates are free of charge.

Let me know if the above answers your question!

Kathryn
