When I started entering a new set of Artwork, I would fill out the information and enter. I get back the message
"Unexpected Error 3000 Reserved error (-1517); there is no message for this error"

The program doesn't record the new artwork though it does count the number I put in. Before I did this, I placed 2 images of artwork on their respective pages.

I use 3.0.

Hi Pat,

Please let me know what version number you have. It is on the lower left hand corner of the Main Switchboard.

To fix this problem:

1. Click on the Maintenance button on the Main Switchboard, then select the Create Missing Editions option from the Change Data combo-box;

2. Then close the dialog and shut down WorkingArtist 3.0. Reinstall the program from your CD or the latest update that you can download from [www.WorkingArtist.com]. DO NOT UNINSTALL! Just put the CD in and run it through, clicking on NEXT.

3. Let me know if this resolves the problem.
