I want to have WA create addressed envelopes to send out letters of invitation to certain collectors. I know it must be possible to do this but I can't seem to find it in my user guide or in online help.

Hi Shirley,

You can create envelopes in the Mail List functions. Create a Mail List with the Collectors you want, and then run the Envelopes report. How that report prints will depend on your printer and the way that you put envelopes into the printer. Let me know if you have any problems.
