You can get support for WorkingArtist in the following ways:

1. Read the WorkingArtist 3.0 User’s Guide.

-- Purchase a printed copy from WorkingArtist.com/sales.
-- Install as a pdf file from the WorkingArtist CD at no extra harge or download from WorkingArtist.com/download.
-- Click on the F1 (Help) function key on your keyboard when using WorkingArtist.

2. Read Knowledge Base articles and FAQs in WorkingArtist Support.

3. Post questions to other artists and technical support staff on the WorkingArtist Forum.

4. Email a question to support@WorkingArtist.com.

We respond between 9AM and 5PM (PST), Monday - Friday.

Please provide the following information when you contact Software for Artists:
--Your name and email address.
--Which version of WorkingArtist you are using. (This will be displayed in the lower right hand corner of the Main Switchboard.)
--Your question and/or a description of the problem.

We will respond to your question as soon as possible. However, please allow 1 to 2 days for a response. Please send only one copy of your question. You may ask more than one question or report more than one problem in an E-Mail message.
