2. Read Knowledge Base articles and FAQs in WorkingArtist Support.
3. Post questions to other artists and technical support staff on the WorkingArtist Forum.
4. Create a support request using our online Tech Support System by using this link: Tech Support

We will respond to your question as soon as possible. However, please allow 1 to 2 days for a response.
WorkingArtist Support Options:
-- Install as a pdf file from the WorkingArtist CD or download from WorkingArtist.com/download.
-- Click on the F1 (Help) function key on your keyboard when using WorkingArtist.
--Your name and email address.
--Which version of WorkingArtist you are using. (This will be displayed in the lower right hand corner
of the Main Switchboard.)
--Your question and/or a description of the problem.
Please send only one copy of your question. You may ask more than one question or report more
than one problem in a support request.
