"I recently purchased your Working Artist software to prepare for my first show of my pastel and watercolor paintings. I knew I wanted to be able to track what happened with my 'patrons' (whether they bought something, etc), not just to make a mailing list and then have to do it all over again the next time. Colin Towler is a patient and master 'explainer' to those of us not comfortable with such things as exporting addresses from my Palm Pilot, into an Excel spreadsheet, cleaning up the data, then importing it into Working Artist. Quite scary for me, but Colin expertly guided me to a flawless result! I now automatically have 369 'patrons' in my data base, and have already printed mailing labels. The invitations go in the mail today! And of course, I am equally enamored with your software so far, can't wait to get all my artwork into it so I can start connecting sales and shows to individual art pieces. But knowing that Colin is so helpful and readily available has provided a sigh of relief on my part, especially since there is more than enough to do to be ready for an art show, without the exasperation of learning expected mistakes in learning new computer programs.
